Privacy Policy

This policy covers only the veyrapay.app website and the waitlist. The financial products will have their own policy, presented when you open an account. This is a translation provided for convenience; if there is any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. Who we are

Veyra Pay ("we") is the controller of the personal data processed on this site, under Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD). Data protection officer contact: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

• Provided by you on the waitlist: name, email, WhatsApp (optional), business type, revenue range and product of interest.
• Collected automatically: where your visit came from (UTM parameters and referring page), country inferred from your IP address, and the date and time of sign-up. We do not store your full IP address.

3. How we use it

• To tell you about the launch and send your early access invitation.
• To understand who is interested in Veyra Pay and prioritize features.
• To send communications about products and news, based on your consent.

4. Legal basis

Consent (LGPD, art. 7, I), recorded at sign-up. You may withdraw it at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is stored with contracted infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare) and may be shared with email and messaging tools used solely for the purposes above.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as the waitlist exists or until you ask us to delete it. After launch, data from people who do not open an account will be deleted within 12 months.

7. Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with the ANPD (Brazil's data protection authority).

8. Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. Simple preferences may be stored in your browser.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted database access and controls to prevent automated sign-ups.
